Long wait times; overcharged during the return process, currently in the process of filing a complaint for a refund

The staff was patient, although I still got inadvertently charged for some reimbursements. Overall, the attitude was good. It was my first time renting a car, so I was a bit nervous.

Extremely poor experience. Budget replaced our car with a Kia, which broke down the next day! I had to pay for roadside assistance out of my own pocket! It's ridiculous. The insurance provided by Zuzuche was completely useless because it was from a domestic company and didn't work in the US. Make sure to check the car's condition carefully when choosing. Don't accept cars with high mileage. I will continue to file complaints and welcome any advice from those with similar experiences.

I picked up the car at Boston Airport in Massachusetts, USA. The pickup process was clearly explained on the QEEQ website. Once I had prepared the necessary documents, I got the car quickly. The company staff were very friendly. The car was almost brand new with less than 5,000 miles on it, and it was in great condition.

Even though I took the maximum on insurance the counter staff person said I was not fully insured and advised I take extra insurance - which I did. I then hired another car that I also booked via easy car and this was fully insured. Why the difference - I will see with my next car hire if this follows the Boston hire or the Minneapolis car hire.
