It was a prepaid order, but the store didn't accept magnetic stripe cards, resulting in a failure to pick up the car. The order couldn't be changed or refunded, and after-sales service was very slow!

Terrible experience. I paid a deposit of $342.21, but after returning the car, I only got back $78. They deducted $246.2, even though I returned the car with a full tank of gas.

“Easy rental process”

The car has enough space for 9 persons but it was not thoroughly cleaned as there were an empty cup and some smelly fruits in it. While driving a message of a motor oil failure appeared every 10 min, which was very worrying. Fortunately, we could drive on without further problems.
