Arrived at the store at 9:30 PM. The first floor was empty, and I only found an A4 paper directing me to the second floor after looking around. The process took about 15 minutes; the guy was wearing headphones, so he was slow. The store is entirely staffed by Indians, who are not very efficient. Returned the car at 5 PM. The whole process took 50 minutes because all the staff were busy. Unlike big companies like Hertz, they took a long time to check the car.

They just wanted money and I was scammed out of £119 with no way to complain.

It took about an hour a half to receive the car there was a backlog of customers at the facility at Heathrow. The car trip meter was not put to zero but I only realised this after I had set off in the car.

The platform seems good.

Good and clean car! BUT the pickup and drop is NOT in the airport!!, it was hard geting in and out and took a lot of time ( ~1h), and it wasnt clear at time of reservation

The car had damage all over..Paid for full size van 7 people 4 cases but got a c4 piccaso no room for cases ..Smell in car found rottern milk in under tray floor ..fuel light on when collected not good and car not cleaned when brought out to me ..
