They tell everyone there who is using their own insurance, that their property coverage isn't high enough, even though they have different values and the only notice is the liability amount minimum required... thereby forcing everyone to get additional insurance. There isnt communication on how to find the car rental place. Thereby making it a long and confusing search.

Do not rent from these people. They charged me insurance that was not required and wouldn't allow me to explain that I was already covered by my own insurance. The worker at the counter lied about the insurance coverage thus I paid almost twice that I should have. I would never never rent from this agency again - they have no business ethics.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

False information about toll roads and insisting on paying 13.99 per day to cover tolls which we did not need at all. They said all Florida highways were toll roads. Arriving very tired and having to deal with this was very upsetting and disappointing.
