The car rental was away from the airport. I purchased the additional insurance prior to renting the vehicle, but the service person insisted that it was not for full coverage and almost refused to rent until a purchased the additional insurance at the counter. We were unable to locate the gas door which was under the armrest on the door. We had to return the vehicle to the rental car return and go back to refill when showed how to open the gas door.

Right Car rental should be wipe out of business. They are rip of company, as well as Economy rentals - the same strategy to lure customers with low price, charging them 2 or 3 times more than originally stated. Never got car, be cause guy at counter lied and said my card got declined. I called my credit card company right in front of him and they said no request was even sent let alone denied. Told him to run it again and he wouldn't. They were mad that I refused all their additional options (charges). They were also rude to me and everyone else that came into their closet of a shop.
