Terrible.

Pour service on Pick Up plus they m'y insurance so it cust me more for renting a small car next time we will go whit a différente company

Renting on line was easy but right car have pour service for the extra Price they charge us

Do not rent with this company, I was given a car that had the trunk already damaged, on my way to my hotel the trunk opened, other drivers honked at me to let me know, not the best way to start. I managed to close it and continue. The second day I called no answer, not the way you want to spend your vacations, on the phone and trying to get another car that never happened. I tied a cord to keep it close. I finally talked to somebody two days before my vacations ended and told them I did not want to be blamed for that, and they told me not to worry about it. Guess what, A week after my deposit was not returned and when I called they said that they will not give me my deposit back because I damage the Trunk!!!!!!!. What is wrong with these people, they are so dishonest, I will not recommend this company at all. Go with the ones that are in the airport, even if is more money One more thing, I spoke to the manager today I mention that I will fill out this survey, and he said that if I do it, he will not help me in any way to get my deposit back. That is so unprofessional.

they have nt shuttle at 3 am for airport, we walked to hotel for called a taxi

It would’ve been helpful to know that the place was closed on sat! The day I’m supposed to return the car! Had no idea what to do with car, keys etc. and had to Uber to the airport!!

The staff at the counter was not pleasant and did not listen to me.This is in regards to insurance of the rental car. I am covered by my insurance for rentals in US and Canada. Staff at the desk forced me purchase a policy of $14.00 US per day for 21 days, total of $313.00 US. This is a rip off.The cost of the car was $252.US. All necessary documents was provided. Very bad experience with this company. No more.
