I never took the car, and the reps were of no help. I was told to stop wasting their time.

We waited at the airport for over an hour for the free shuttle, it never showed. Another car rental company was nice enough to give us a ride to the office. Once there, we discovered that there were very few rentals available and the customer service staff was not helpful. They demanded that we carry $300k in liability insurance and provide documentation of such. We did not have it so we were told we had to purchase their insurance, which raised the cost significantly. We decided not to rent with them because of their unethical business practices.

They did not explain what was needed for insurance and charged me without telling me. They also tack on a bunch of hidden fees like mileage and sunpass once you get there...

When i booked the car rental, it said 24 hrs a day. Once confirmed , we found out agency closed at 9 P M. Our flt was late, hubby ran to get car, 5 minutes before front door locked.

I felt like they got you to thier business with the lure of low cost rental, but all the add on BS fee’s were threatening and nerve racking
