Less than mediocre.

This is an off site vendor. Two Venezuelan young men operate the whole business. They are open 8 am to 8 pm. You have to go to Terminal 1 to the bus stop position 7 and call and wait for their van. If you do this there are no problems. Be SURE you have bought insurance and have that policy (or yours) as evidence. Amazing prices and friendly service.

Sun pass is not a necessity in Fort Lauderdale, we could have managed without sun pass or could have used our own. But the agent didn’t agree to use our own, and informed that without sun pass we cannot take any highway in FL, that’s a lie.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

We are canadian and this was our first time with RIGHT CARS. With other car rentals, we don't pay extra for the insurance and we show proof of our canadian insurance. The person in charge would not let us pick-up the car because we were not insured with an american company. After a long discussion and being asked to make an authorization for 2000 $ on our credit card, I phoned EasyRentCars and registered a complaint. I called a friend to pick us up since we were stuck with no car. In a last attempt, the lady asked to see our voucher and finally said that the 2000$ was guaranteed by EasyRentCars in our voucher and finally let us go with the car.
