Awful local office. Rude staff. Inefficient. Understaffed. FYI unreasonable requirements like SHOWING insurance certificate (other companies do not require this) and $13.99/day for tolls (when other companies charge $9) But biggest issue was rude staff. Girl who called herself “manager” had poor communication, and when I was aghast, she refused to rent me the car. Fine, but she also refused to give me refund. And she supplied me with 2 phone numbers, neither of which worked. I called both eight in front of her. When I pointed this out, she didn’t care and said to leave. She kept my money and gave me no car and no one to contact. It was so bad I actually took video of the process bc no one would believe it was so bad .

Do not rent from these people. They charged me insurance that was not required and wouldn't allow me to explain that I was already covered by my own insurance. The worker at the counter lied about the insurance coverage thus I paid almost twice that I should have. I would never never rent from this agency again - they have no business ethics.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
