They are running a scam and making you pay cash for minor scratches and tiny dings that were already there.

We waited at the airport for over an hour for the free shuttle, it never showed. Another car rental company was nice enough to give us a ride to the office. Once there, we discovered that there were very few rentals available and the customer service staff was not helpful. They demanded that we carry $300k in liability insurance and provide documentation of such. We did not have it so we were told we had to purchase their insurance, which raised the cost significantly. We decided not to rent with them because of their unethical business practices.

Horrible experience. Was charged insurance even though it was prepaid through Easyrentcars. They said "this did not appear in their files". Good thing I had my receipt on hand!!! Then they still charged $2000 to my credit card for insurance deductible. Worst Manager ever. Forced to take Sunpass for $10/day. Everyone who came was super pissed off by the experience as well.

Hidden charges for tools never disclosed till checking out

You need to ask someone to call the rent a car for them to pick you up. They tell you to use the courtesy phone; but the phone doesn't work.
