Like: The shuttle came quickly and was a short trip to the pickup. I was up sold on the insurance although I had already purchased the full package, but they reduced my deposit from $2K to $500 for the economy car. Toll costs were explained well. Return was super easy and I was happy to see NO incidentals on my CC and deposit refunded in full when I got home!
Dislike: I thought the insurance up sell was confusing bc I had already purchased a full package.

We will never use right cars again because they ripped us off with overpriced insurance. We should have been told upfront about any law requiring extra insurance which they said we had to buy.

“They charge me $10 extra for insurance even i show proof of my own insurance .”

The counter staff service were very rude . They insisted that I have to show the coverage limit of my insurance . Even I called my insurance to show my coverage to $300.000 for injury and $100.000 for property damage still was not accepted from the staff service . I was forced to pay $10 extra for additional insurance . Also I Ordered Hyundai Sonata and I got a Nissan Versa with 36.000 mileage with body damage and a lot of problem in driving .

Do not rent from these people. They charged me insurance that was not required and wouldn't allow me to explain that I was already covered by my own insurance. The worker at the counter lied about the insurance coverage thus I paid almost twice that I should have. I would never never rent from this agency again - they have no business ethics.

If it is going to operate out of a major airport, it needs to adjust it hours. No one answered the phone, and there was no shuttle to the business. I had to rent from another company at the airport.
