Excellent service and vehicles. I've used them at least 6 times in the past year and they have been excellent to deal with.

Amazing deals.

Excellent car though it had too large an engine that I was not aware of therefore high fuel consumption. Nevertheless the quality of the car was excellent and service provided by Routes was very good

The staff at Routes during our pick up was very rude and un-accommodating. We were originally picked up by a shuttle bus that didn’t belong to Routes, and taken to the wrong location. Once back at the airport and had the shuttle come again, the driver was very rude and told us we wouldn’t fit. We had a screaming baby and 2 small kids with us, and he was not willing to accommodate us at all. Or even offer any compassion to our situation. When we arrived at Routes the desk staff was rude, pushy and difficult to deal with. Overall Routes was not a pleasant place to rent from.

Very easy service to work with.

Ordered a compact, Rio or similar, but got the biggest car in the lot! A Dodge Durango no less! Lovely car to drive, although very thirsty. No complaints.

Routes has now served me on 4 occasions in the past year now. Somehow, they keep exceeding my expectations. Vehicle selection is great and the customer service has been excellent. I have to commend their counter service rep. Vivian on going above and beyond.
