Upon arrival, they directly said they didn't have this car, and even said they didn't have a Santa Fe, which was in the same group. The staff kept emphasizing upgrading the car group. Unfortunately, I didn't stick to my decision and got persuaded into paying an additional 553.14 USD. There were no directions given either; I had to find a Dodge Journey SXT by myself in the parking lot. There were actually several Grand Cherokees parked, but they might not have been ready for rental.
