The staff at the rental office were very nice. They didn't push any insurance sales. They just checked my documents and reservation and processed everything.

Very high overall satisfaction. Since it's a self-service pick-up, it saved us from dealing with store staff, and we didn't need to argue about insurance fees. The car was in good condition with a wide selection available, even during the peak season when we rented. Kudos to them.

It's my second time renting from Alamo. I just asked if I needed a GPS, signed the contract, and picked up the car.

Pickup and return were very smooth, and the car was in great condition.
