Last minute booking when flight diverted and needed to make it one way. Apart from Murcia branch not expecting demand that day (no flights scheduled), handled brilliantly by Easyrentcars and Budget.

Great car. Spacious and enjoyable to drive. Had some major damage to the right has side of car when we picked it up Didn’t look good but didn’t affect how the car operated.

I booked an Audi or similar. I was given a Ford. They had many Audi’s but the cost of the booking went from €150 to €400 so I took the Ford. When I said that I had booked an Audi, the staff had no solution.

Arrived at counter at 11.20pm and kept waiting until 12.30am as there weren't enough staff available for the number of collections (Avis & Budget). There was no option to check in using a kiosk machine. After complaining about the long wait I did receive an upgrade in car class.
