Friendly staff, great vehicle and an awesome rate. Will definitely rent again.

Counter staff took a while to get the car they seemed unorganized I had to wait 45 mins while my car was being “cleaned” even though my pickup was supposed to be 10am.

I had a fantastic experience here. Very fast service, not the most friendly but I would rather quicker service anyway! The shuttle bus worked very well and ran every 15 minutes, only took 5 mins to get to the terminal. I had a lovely brand new car. Booked economy size (voucher stated Toyota Yaris hatchback or similar) and received a huge Kia Forte sedan! It was great :-) No unexpected extras, would definitely rent here again

There were only 2 people at the counter. They were on the phone constantly so not focused on customers in front of them. There were 2 people in front of me in line and it took at least 45 minutes to be served. Once we drove off the lot the flat tire sensor came on so we had to go back and get a different car. People returning cars had to stand in the same line as checkout.

Like: Staff was very good and friendly, loved the the way they greeted and attended us. I also like the car as i had booked a 5 door SUV (Nissan) or similar & i got the Jeep wrangler. the kids just loved it and it was fun driving it.
Dislike: I did not like the long commute from arrival to viscount station and then calling them for the shuttle. i think this could be improved. When you are alone its fine as there is less luggage and easy. but with kids and alot of luggage its kinda difficult.
