The car rental company was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. They offered free pick-up and drop-off at the airport. The paperwork and vehicle inspection were very convenient. Highly recommended!

Communication in Chinese was smooth, and there were no extra insurance sales pitches. However, they charged over 90 for tolls, and the handling fee was surprisingly high at over 70, which seems quite excessive. Plus, I have no recollection of driving on any toll roads.

Although Aucar Rental is not located at the airport, their shuttle service is excellent and prompt. We didn't have to wait long at all.

Because the order didn't show up on the car rental website, the rental company didn't remind us to cancel. After communicating, they only refunded one day's fee. The appeal process was not effective. Although it's not much money, the experience was not good. Hope it can be improved!
