Upgraded on arrival, slight confusion over where to leave the car on drop off, but was able to speak to someone there even though it was early.

Everything went well.. Post drop off, I was informed that I will receive an acknowledgment/ receipt on my email. Which I haven’t received as yet. Will appreciate if I could receive it for my records purpose.

Really pleased with the service i received from the budget staff. A quick check in and the walk through questions were easily answered. The car was clean and ready to go after a run through the controls (all cars are different. ) The car was fuel efficient and a lovely drive ( Suzuki Vitara). Would recommend budget again. I had never heard of easyrentcars.com before I googled car hire. Was really easy to pick and choose the car I was interested in and was shown different hire companies. All with differing offers and deposits and excess. The voucher option helped.followed the price and or evaluate if the price drops before picking up the vehicle. The drivers check that was asked for before pickup confused me as I had never had to do this before with other hire companies but I found it easy to do. Would definitely use Easyrentcars.com again.
