Highly satisfied

The experience was very disappointing. During pickup, the staff was unprofessional, and it took nearly 40 minutes to get the car. Additionally, due to the staff's unprofessionalism, the deposit was charged incorrectly twice. After the supervisor corrected it, 500 AUD was still charged twice, and only one amount has been refunded so far, leaving me worried about the other.

I will never rent from Europcar again. There are too many rules and it's not user-friendly.

We did not receive the car that we booked for which was the subaru forester. Instead we got a kia sportage which we could have easily booked for lesser price. Other than that, everything went without a hitch

Excellent customer service. Helped me when i needed to retimed my pick up.

Excellent. Counter staff for my pickup was helpful and easy to work with, no upsell of insurance.
