Very convenient and excellent service, highly recommended

The service was relatively fast, but they tried every possible way to get me to upgrade the car.

Very bad experience. An African American staff member added roadside assistance insurance without asking and charged my credit card. When I refused, he was extremely rude and didn't explain how to pick up the car. We were kicked out of the service desk and spent almost two hours finding the pickup location.

The front desk said the booked car model was not available and tried to upsell a more expensive model instead of trying to solve the issue within the booking terms!

I had already checked in online, but had to do it again at the pick up. Waste of time doing it twice!
