The staff was very experienced. I was worried about communication issues with AVIS regarding price and insurance. In the end, the staff simply told us that if we had purchased insurance, we might need to pay upfront and then claim back from the insurance company. This appears to be the process for buying QEEQ insurance. However, we explained that we bought the car rental company's insurance. He quickly checked using the phone number and confirmed we had insurance. The car pickup and drop-off were very convenient. We used the self-service drop-off and received the final bill promptly. So far, we are very satisfied. Having a car made traveling around England much easier.

Great service, got a free upgrade.

I was disappointed to be given a much larger car than I booked, this impacted the fuel economy. I had asked for a small car, would not use this hire company again for this reason
