The car rental procedure was easy and you could choose from cars in the same category. Luckily, after some deliberation, we chose a GMC SUV instead of the originally booked Grand Cherokee. Returning the car in Salt Lake City was super convenient. Follow the Rental Car Return signs at the airport, park the car, and an employee will scan the vehicle with a handheld device, and that's it!

I must say, it was excellent. The car we picked up was brand new with only 780 miles on it. Our FORD ESCAPE was upgraded for free to an EXPLORER. We drove 4000 miles and were very satisfied.
