Pretty good. You need a credit card to pick up the car. After returning the car, we had to go back to the hotel. It would have been nice if the driver could drop us off, even if there was an extra charge, as it would be more convenient than getting a separate taxi.

It was okay! What I was unhappy about is that I was supposed to pick up the car at 16:30, but I didn't get it until 17:30! After registering, the car was not parked in the parking lot. I had to wait for the staff to drive it over, which took about half an hour!

The car rental company's counter is right at the Koh Samui Airport arrival terminal. The staff were very uniformed, and the rental documents were pre-prepared. I took the prepared documents for confirmation and after a simple English communication, I successfully rented the car. The car was relatively new, very clean inside and out, although there were several scratches on the body. I took pictures of these before taking the car, and the staff made detailed notes on the rental form. Upon return, the staff conducted a detailed inspection of the car's exterior and raised no objections. The handover was smooth. My first experience renting a car abroad was successful and pleasant.
