I rented a car from this company and extended the rental twice. During the first pickup, the female staff at the front desk was very friendly and professional, providing a car in excellent condition. The second extension was smooth as well, and I kept the same car. However, during the third extension, the front desk staff was an older gentleman who insisted on giving me a different car. It took over 20 minutes to switch to a car with less-than-ideal condition. On the third day of driving, the car's battery died after parking for two hours near the Acropolis. I contacted the rental company, and they sent someone (on a motorcycle) to jump-start the car. I immediately requested a battery replacement or a different car. After driving to the rental company's location near the airport, their technician claimed that the battery issue was my fault and asked me to pay for the replacement. After a 20-minute discussion during which my group strongly insisted, the company replaced the battery (which took only five minutes), and the car worked fine thereafter. Returning the car was the most tedious process I've ever experienced—various inspections were done repeatedly, causing the return process to take about 30 minutes. Overall, my experience was good, but there were issues with the attitude and methods of certain staff members.

The process was very quick, and there was no upselling of insurance.

Very bad. terrible car over 10 years old in a bad shape with over 120 000 on the odometer. this type of car shouldn’t be allow on the road!

The car was ok apart from the clutch, think it was near ready to be change, very high release. Did not like the pick up procedure. They would not take myself, my wife and luggage to the rental place. My wife had to wait on her own outside the airport terminal while I went to collect the car. It was not because of lack of space, I was the only one in the van. I then had to drive back to the airport to pick my wife and luggage up. This is not a very good method. The rental staff were very good, very efficient. I left my camera in the car and only realised after I had flow out. Upon contacting them the next day they informed me that they had found it and would post it on to me. Hopefully I will get it back soon.

Dislike: The car wipers were in very bad condition, the car's washing liquid was completely empty. During car drop-off, there was no company representative to collect the car, so there was no way to be sure no extra cost could occur since they could not check the car condition. I have returned the car in the exact condition I have received it, but no one could verify that!
