I rented a car from this company and extended the rental twice. During the first pickup, the female staff at the front desk was very friendly and professional, providing a car in excellent condition. The second extension was smooth as well, and I kept the same car. However, during the third extension, the front desk staff was an older gentleman who insisted on giving me a different car. It took over 20 minutes to switch to a car with less-than-ideal condition. On the third day of driving, the car's battery died after parking for two hours near the Acropolis. I contacted the rental company, and they sent someone (on a motorcycle) to jump-start the car. I immediately requested a battery replacement or a different car. After driving to the rental company's location near the airport, their technician claimed that the battery issue was my fault and asked me to pay for the replacement. After a 20-minute discussion during which my group strongly insisted, the company replaced the battery (which took only five minutes), and the car worked fine thereafter. Returning the car was the most tedious process I've ever experienced—various inspections were done repeatedly, causing the return process to take about 30 minutes. Overall, my experience was good, but there were issues with the attitude and methods of certain staff members.

Car was standard Fiat Panda, but was fine for me. The booking process was easy and I was met in arrivals Hall by agent. Car was waiting just outside terminal. Paperwork was completed and I was on the road in minutes. Check back in was also seamless. A real pleasure to use

We rented a car for 8 days - on the final day it broke down we wasted probably in total around 3 hours of our day waiting for breakdown help then ultimately help from Surprice , completely spoiled our last day and meant that my partner was unable to visit the grave of a recently deceased relative which we intended to do on our way back to the airport and caused a lot of anxiety that we may miss our plane . We have graded counter staff as poor as there was no sympathy / empathy or apology - no offer to refund all or part of the rental fee and the experience has caused a lot of distress
