The counter staff was not very friendly when I was picking up the car. They immediately recommended an upgrade, and when I declined, their attitude worsened. They then suggested buying additional insurance, and when I refused, they started mumbling. Now, Alamo offers self-service kiosks with Chinese language options, so I recommend using the self-service machines.

Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient and quick, and there weren't too many people. However, after returning the car, a charge was made to my credit card. After checking with the bank, I found out it might be for using toll highways. But there was no information or notification about this charge, it just appeared out of nowhere. They should inform us about the reason, provide the detailed bill, and then give us a receipt or invoice!

I always rent from Alamo, many times now! They are very good, with cheap prices and no issues. The only dissatisfaction is that every time I book a Jeep Grand Cherokee model, I've never once received it. This time, I saw one parked and wanted to take it, but the staff said I'd have to pay extra! I don't know if it's a problem with the rental platform or Alamo, but if you can't get this model at the listed price, don't mislead us. Booking a Grand Cherokee, only to be offered a Jeep Compass, is not the same class of vehicle! Very dissatisfied. Ended up with a Dodge Journey SUV.

the car I reserved was never there in the first place so I was quite frustrated because I was with my boy and pregnant at the sametime yet fortunately someone just dropped off very similar size vehicle of I reserved so I picked it up right away was content while driving (the one I reserved was grand cherokee one I drove was Nissan Murano) staff said there would be similar size vehicle out there in the first place but there was almost none until I pick up Murano
