Waited for the car for half an hour

At the Hertz counter in Sydney airport, the staff member tried to take advantage of my poor English by adding full insurance without my consent. Do they think I’m bad with numbers too? I kept refusing, and with the help of a nearby Singaporean Chinese woman who translated for me, I finally understood that even if the incident was someone else's fault, I would still owe $5000 AUD without full insurance. Seriously? Who makes such rules? Do they have such authority? Eventually, they changed it to basic insurance upon my insistence!

The rental and return process was very quick.

The airport signs were unclear at the time of return. The staff took a long time to agree to drive the car back, and as a result, I missed my flight.

The attitude was poor. I booked a mid-size SUV but was given a small SUV, which couldn't fit all my luggage. The staff did not admit their mistake. After completing the paperwork, I had to wait a long time to get the car, claiming it was being washed. However, there were several mid-size SUVs available in the parking lot. The return location address was inaccurate; the GPS led us around for a long time. Additionally, there were no nearby gas stations, which was very inconvenient. Overall, it was a rather poor rental experience.
