The vehicle was old and not clean. The staff's service attitude was poor. Initially, they claimed the reserved car was unavailable. After several changes and hours of hassle, they finally provided the originally booked car.

Very satisfied overall and worth sharing. Customer service intervention was timely. The previously rented car had some issues, and they upgraded the vehicle directly, which is commendable.

Received a free upgrade to a sedan, a Hyundai, quite good.

The shuttle bus makes you lose patience. Even though we were waiting at the rental car shuttles spot, several buses just passed by without stopping. Totally frustrating. Called customer service but they were unhelpful and had no intention to resolve the issue. In the end, we had to take the Dollar shuttle.
