There are many customers renting cars. If you know how to use the self-service machine, you almost don't need to wait in line. I rented a Nissan Altima, which has average condition with over 30,000 miles on it. The car has a noticeable alignment issue and hasn't been well-maintained.

The store is easy to find, not many people in line, and the paperwork is simple. Returning the car is very efficient, it only takes 5 minutes.
