Overall satisfied. After leaving the airport, you can take a shuttle bus directly to the pick-up location. However, the wait for the shuttle bus was a bit long.

I came here feeling anxious, but the work efficiency was great. Later, I realized that the salesperson was the staff behind the counter. Therefore, having a conversation and being able to see the other person's computer screen to confirm information is very important because it’s easy to accidentally incur extra charges.

Like: The support customer care is excellent , as i sent a few emails , and made call, all staff get clear information.
Dislike: When making a call all the different department ( this is normal for all companies ) but takes time etc.
