Excellent service from all Alamo staff. The car was in good to average condition. It is rare to find a car in great condition renting in Greece (unless one rents from Sixt, who seem to have better maintained cars).

"Price drop protector" has never done anything for me. The BIG problem is that, with Easyrentcars.com and other booking agents, one never knows what car will actually be available. The cars available bear no resemblance to the cars offered. I reserved an Audi A3 and got a Citroen!

Fantastic rental agency. Easy process from pickup to drop off and very friendly people. Probably one of the best rental experiences we’ve had in Europe.

Not celar what is covered with the basic protection. I had to pay 185€ for a very small scratch in the rear bumper...

Like: Friendly staff, good car, good price, the company is in airport, took maximum 10 minutes till we were in the car already.
Dislike: The gasoline supposed to be full to full, but it was only up 6/8 !!! It means when you return the car it’s hard to fill up the same and usually people return it with more. I find it cheating from companie.
