I spend around 45 minutes to received my car. I booked Toyota Yaris bus I received the bigger one than I booked.

Waiting time for shuttle to and from airport was a long time

They really need to organize their offic, they were going back and forth into the back office. The agent took a phone call while checking me in, they need one person answering calls. When I checked out, the woman seemed to helping multiple customers at one time. After we return the car, most of us are going to the airport for our flight home. They really need to organize and delegate duties.

Was a little sceptical of Routes Vancouver seeing as they weren't one of the main chains. However I found them extremely organised, the price was incredibly good value, the staff were friendly and the car was great. Would definitely use Routes again when I’m back in BC.

Good platform probably one of the best brokers.

Like: I was surprised what that I paid so little for a good car. Everyone else was 2 times as expensive.
