The car rental service was good. After arriving by plane, we contacted them by phone, and they picked us up at the airport in about 10 minutes to complete the pick-up procedures.

Had to wait, no help with luggage

The rental company has a poor service attitude and engages in malicious fraud against consumers. The experience was extremely bad.

Great value

The car was exa tly as described. Very clean also. Smooth pick up and drop off process. The only 2 things i didnt like is the charge for being 30min late on dropoff was half the amount we paid for the 10 days rental. Also they hold a charge on your credit card for the deposit which is reversed on dropoff however i am now having issues with the bank as to where that is. Ive always hated deposits on a credit card. I rather give cash and get cash back on return
