From the airport shuttle to the in-store service, everything was quick and convenient. The staff were friendly and there was no hard sell on extra insurance. The range of vehicles was extensive and new. I chose a DODGE SUV with only 1250 miles on it. Highly recommended rental company.

Service mainly depends on the renter's English proficiency; you can't expect everyone to speak Chinese. What kind of car you get is pure luck. I once booked a compact car but was able to take a small van after confirming with the staff, and there was no extra charge.
