I booked a fuel car, but they told me only electric cars were available upon arrival. It's so frustrating! Using electric cars in the UK is really inconvenient, and the charging fees are expensive. I returned the car on Sunday, but the rental company was closed, so they made me rent an extra day. Ridiculous! They didn't explain any of this when I picked up the car.

Overall, the service provided by QEEQ was quite prompt and satisfactory. However, the service from the actual rental company, Europcar, was rather passive. They didn’t confirm any scratches during pickup, and during drop-off, they claimed the car had been scratched by us. Fortunately, we had recorded everything on video; otherwise, we would have had to pay for the damages.

Vehicle downgrade without reason, rental company tried to deceive, nearly 3 hours late

The staff was alright; it was early in the morning so there weren't many people. I rented an Audi A4 wagon, but they gave me a Passat wagon, which runs on diesel. They claimed it came with a built-in navigation system, so no additional GPS was needed. I didn't bother to argue. Later, I realized diesel is more expensive than petrol in Europe...
