To my surprise, as there were no other station wagons, they upgraded me to a brand-new Opel Zafira, registered on September 22, with only 8 kilometers on it. We filled the trunk completely. Note that during the rental process, a full tank fuel cost is precharged. As long as you return it with a full tank, you won't be charged for fuel, which is an option available when you choose to return the car with a full tank on QEEQ.

The service was good and they upgraded us to an automatic car for free.

It's crucial to buy full insurance due to fraudulent behavior concerning car damage. No damage was noted at pickup, no collisions occurred during the trip, but they claimed the rear was rear-ended and there were many scratches at return, asking for €1698 in compensation. The loss would have been significant without full insurance.

Smooth car rental with a brand new vehicle. The only downside is an approximate 85 euros fuel deposit. They promised to refund it when the car is returned with a full tank, but you need to email them with the fuel receipt as a reminder.
