Great from start to finish, flight was delayed we called to let them know, no issues upon collection. I liked the fact they also had staff outside who gave you the car and collected it back at the end of the rental so you dont have to mess about going back and forth to the desk. The car was also great, good spec.

Smooth process

At the time of drop-off staff did not offer to drop us at the airport despite seeing that we gave many bags and child.

Staff should be always friendly as the Lady at pick-up time.

The car was very inconvinient, the car seats were awfull for the long rides. The engine was too week for the size of the car and with all the people and lagage it hardley climbed the steep roads. very bad care for six people. Alamo's service was very good.
