The staff did not try to sell us any insurance. They just asked how many people we had, and upon learning that we had a larger group, they recommended a bigger car. At first, I thought it was a sales tactic, but they showed us the car we initially booked—it really wasn't big enough for our luggage. We ended up paying extra to upgrade to a larger car. Not sure if there was a discount, but it was sufficient.

I booked a Cherokee, but they didn't have one available and refused to upgrade. After insisting, they finally gave me a low-end model that wasn't four-wheel drive.

The company is pretty good, with warm and convenient service. However, during this rental, the counter staff kept insisting on adding insurance, saying that the previously included insurance did not cover crashes. Thinking of many people's complaints, I insisted on not buying, and found out it was the right choice.

Very close to the airport, with convenient shuttle bus service. Quick and easy car pick-up and return process, excellent service, highly recommended.
