Couldn't really fault the whole process - great on the budget as well!

Staff were helpful and the car was a good model though it needed a service.

The booking platform worked perfectly.

The customer service was good, after we eventually figured out where the shuttle picked up from. The automated directions were very unclear. The car smelt like an ashtray and evidently had previously had a heavy smoker in it which was a bit much. The breaks worked but sounded like the pads were getting thin.

Like: I liked that I received a free upgrade to a Toyota Rav 4. It was a lovely car and suited the requirements of my trip to visit family and friends on the South Coast. The fuel economy was very good also.
Dislike: I liked everything about the experience.

Like: Price.
Dislike: I don’t mean to be rude but our driver just smelt a little bit.
