The company is good, but there was a bit of confusion at the counter. They kept saying I hadn't purchased insurance along with the car rental and were urging me to buy insurance for $5 a day. I was sure I had already bought it, but in a rush, I ended up buying it. Just something to be aware of.

The store's facilities are excellent, and the service is very satisfactory. The area is spacious, well-located, and the shuttle bus is convenient! It's much more convenient than picking up and dropping off a car inside the airport.

“Good experience except for the addition insurance purchase”

The process of getting the car was pretty good. However I don’t understand why I had to purchase the personal liability insurance which costs me another 100 Plus usd . The staff explained that it was compulsory and that the police would require it or something like that. If it is compulsory why don’t u all include it in the price so that we can Budget or review this before we book.
