Very easy to find, and the car was good.

Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. The rental company has a large selection of cars, so there's plenty to choose from when picking up the car.

The service is average, and there is no Chinese support. I showed my U.S. driver's license but was told I had to use my Chinese driver's license, which I didn't understand. The vehicle was in poor condition, with a low mileage but constant strange noises, and a warning light remained on, making me uneasy. There was no service in the car pick-up area, and it took me a long time to find the car, which was inconvenient. I previously rented from Avis, and their service was better than Alamo's in many aspects. Today, I was also charged a $40 fine, of which $13 was Alamo's service fee.
