The customer service guy was really responsible. He first asked if we were safe, then started the troubleshooting. He followed the instructions to check if the issue could be resolved, and when it didn't work, he arranged a tow truck. He also offered us a hotel if we preferred. We chose to stay with the vehicle. The service attitude was excellent, and the vehicle was great too. However, there was a slight issue with the charges. Besides the contract amount, an additional $10.95 was charged to my credit card about a week after I returned home. I'm not sure what this charge is for. I specifically asked during the car return if there would be any extra fees. Please help me inquire about this with QEEQ, thank you.
