Pretty awful

This is the third time renting from this company. I arrived at 4 a.m., called them, and someone came right away to complete the paperwork. Picked up the car from the parking lot across the street, and for returning, I just went to the arrival level to find a staff member. Even though there was a language barrier, there were no issues and the process was very fast.

It was my first time using National, so I was extra cautious. When the car arrived, I took many photos and videos to record everything. The staff at the counter were very polite. During the car inspection, as with other rental companies, there were minor scratches on the car and wheels. The staff was very helpful and quickly documented the noticeable scratches and reassured me not to worry since I had photo records. Returning the car was also quick. The staff mentioned that the 10,000 ฿ deposit would be returned within a week, but it took two weeks for the bank to process the refund. I will definitely use them again.

Easy to book, super easy to change details and insurance.

The staff is kind and helpful with efficient pick-up and drop-off time.

Price drop protractor did save my money.

Everything was great alsrt from the picking uo spot as it was actaully a confusing walk from domestic hall.
