Very convenient and fast, I always rent from ALAMO.

Too few airport shuttle buses to pick up and drop off customers. Waited 15 minutes at Los Angeles airport for the bus to arrive, while other companies had more buses. After returning the car in San Francisco, there was no shuttle bus available at all.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

Picking up the car early will incur additional charges in USD, which the front desk won't tell you! Later, I mentioned I wanted to pick up the car early but also return it early. The American staff didn't charge extra then! The car was in good condition!
