The car pickup process was quick and simple. Upon our arrival, everything was prepared; our rental documents and car keys were already in an envelope. This truly reflects the efficiency of the Germans.

I rented a station wagon, but they only gave me a Ford Focus hatchback (see picture, it's not a station wagon and very small). They insisted this was the station wagon, which was completely unusable for four people. In the end, I had to pay to upgrade. This rental company is quite deceitful.

Pretty good overall, but they were quite pushy with upselling. We kept saying we didn't need it. The Frankfurt counter was a bit further away from the others, had to walk a few extra steps.

The guy at the counter said there were no manual cars available, so he upgraded me to an automatic. After completing the paperwork, he personally took me to the car and explained all the road signs.
