Overall satisfied, but didn't get the exact car I wanted to rent.

Picking up the car was convenient without long waiting times. The process was simple with no additional charges. After signing the agreement and getting the car keys, I could pick up the car myself. Returning the car didn't involve lengthy inspections, and the vehicle was in very good condition.

The staff at the store were very friendly and professional.
