The pick-up service was excellent. The rental company put the car key, documents, etc., in a bag in advance. However, the car was a bit hard to find – it was on the top floor of a parking building opposite the pick-up point. There were no signs in the elevator, making it somewhat difficult to locate. Also, for those who didn’t purchase full insurance, note that some scratches were not marked in the contract. It is recommended to thoroughly inspect the car and confirm with the staff.
