Be cautious about Indian staff who try to upsell insurance and change vehicle models.

A great experience overall, the procedures were relatively simple.

I had an 8:30 PM car pickup appointment. I stood in line from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM to sign the document, and then waited from 9:30 PM until 2:30 AM the next day to finally 'grab' a car. By 'grab', I mean I had to go to the parking lot myself to get it. There were no hot drinks available at the store, the staff was unfriendly, and customers either had to take an electric car or wait for someone else to return their car. The company also told me that I could cancel the contract if I wanted to. The Buick Encore I got had already driven 51,000 miles, and during the rental period, I had two tire punctures. This Thrifty car rental experience was terrible. I hope 'Zuzuche' can provide reasonable compensation for the above issues since I didn't get to the hotel until 3:15 AM the next day.

There is a free shuttle service at Los Angeles Airport. However, they still tried to sell additional insurance even though I had already purchased full coverage through QEEQ.

The flight arrived early, so I extended the rental by one day which cost me over 1000 yuan extra, sigh. They kept trying to sell me insurance, but I refused multiple times, still didn't work. They said the deposit would be refunded to my bank card that night, but it still hasn't been returned. I'll check with the receipt tomorrow.
