Was disappointed with how extra insurance was sold/explained. Difference in what was said to what was actually covered leading to ambiguity on return of car with a puncture. Initial car damage indicated damage to front right wheel where puncture occurred after the fact with no obvious damage to tyre other than punctured tyre had some damage in region of listed damage so concerned that on return told that I was liable for £180 when told on collection we were covered for everything other than damage to windows and mirrors so pretty disgusted with all the ambiguity.

We waited over 2 hours to get to the counter, and the agents while thorough, seemed overwhelmed. Once we were helped, we were frustrated that the cost was much more than the original amount paid on the website. It was confusing and felt like a rip off.

Very long wait and additional charges.

To tell you the truth, the services was very bad,the gave me a very duty car in and out,I ask why is duty the told me that there are to busy to wash. No single drops of water on the screen watch, I have to stop by the first petrol station to buying my self to refill on. I don't not sure to be return with easyrentcar. Very bad customers services.

Dislike: Difficult locating office. Suggest you send additional email prior to departure
