Terrible experience

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

We booked a minivan but Routes did not have that available when we went to pick up our car. The best option they could give us was 5 seater SUV. Since we had already paid for car rental, we had no choice left. Poor service.

Pick up at airport took 45 minutes and another hour to get car was very frustrating way to start vacation

Easy to use

Vehicle had major drive line vibration issue. When I returned the vehicle early the staff could not issue a refund and instead directed me to contact their customer service department.

At the time of my arrival there were too many people and only one customer service representative. Due to the fact that one of the customer took a lot of time to make a decission the whole line of people was waiting for too long. If you book a car in advance the whole process should be organized faster and easier. But when Junior came everything started to move faster.
