When picking up the car, I was allowed to choose freely. I saw a Corolla and asked if it was okay. The staff said it was. It felt like an upgrade. Very happy.

I am very satisfied with the condition of the car. It was a new vehicle with only 10,000 kilometers, very clean and easy to drive. Returning the car was also very convenient. However, I'm a bit disappointed with one of the staff members, an American lady, who recommended an upgrade to a different model. After we declined, she became impatient and had a poor attitude. Additionally, the wait time was a bit long, probably due to the peak season in July. I'm not sure if the Jeep Cherokee we got is of the same class as the Santa Fe we had originally booked.

Convenient shuttle service, the process from registration, payment to car pickup was simple. However, the lack of Chinese service slightly reduced the overall quality. I noticed that quite a few Chinese people rent cars, so I suggest that Zuzuche recommend Alamo to set up a Chinese service counter or increase Chinese contracts, which would make it perfect.

Like: Alamo pickup automated system at their branch was efficient and very usefull. It saved me time avoiding the queue.
