Very satisfied!

I had already paid the fine for illegal parking and showed them the receipt, but they charged me again. It has been almost 2 years and I still haven't received a refund. It's really frustrating.

I always chose them, but I will not choose QEEQ in the future.

After paying the full cost on the QEEQ website, I was informed at the Alamo branch at Los Angeles Airport that I was required to purchase additional third-party liability insurance. This caused a bit of a delay in picking up the car, as this requirement was not previously disclosed on the QEEQ website.

It was a very quick process during the pick up as I didn’t need to wait in line for service, everything was done through the computer, I liked the freedom of choosing our car as we were able to spend time looking at the car and deciding which car to pick at our own pace.

Booking was very clear and easy to understand, the price drop didn’t really work for us as the price didn’t drop although the price of our rental was cheap anyways.
